"I engaged Robbie Lightfoot and Authentic Solutions(UK) to develop an intervention on High Performance Leadership for my senior team and to then follow this up with a further session on Performance Management to support the roll out of a 360 feedback questionnaire.
Robbie was thorough in understanding our needs and designed a bespoke solution for both interventions that were interactive, challenging and beneficial for all delegates. This was despite the fact that most delegates were Bulgarian and speak English as a second language.
